PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ABLE TO COLLECT YOUR TRASH DURING SEVERE AND INCLEMENT WEATHER.
This is for safety and insurance reasons. We would like to protect your children, families, and our employees. Although your particular street may be cleared, we service over 40,000 residents, and in many times, the ratio of the streets cleared versus the unsafe streets does not warrant collection. We are always delayed due to the clearing of our truck yards and we are at the mercy of contractors who clear the yard. This delay makes it more difficult to service the route and make it to the dump before closing. Typically we will try our best to service you the next day, but sometimes we are not in a position to collect two routes. Your service may haveto be skipped until the following scheduled day. We can not help acts of God or Nature. Please keep in mind that sometimes bad weather days are around the holidays and service may also be effected due to a change in the holiday schedule. If you are not sure when your service will resume, please contact our office. |
