After much deliberation, Suburban Waste Services has sold our Delaware Residential Routes to Waste Industries. We would like to thank all of our customers for their loyalty over the last few years. Suburban Waste Services will continue to provide dumpster service and commercial service in Delaware.

Suburban Waste Services has contracted with Ridley Park Borough. We will proudly collect curbside recyclables once a week for all of the residents. Go Green!

Fuel cost projections are expected to double next quarter, Suburban may be compelled to pass on fuel surcharges if the cost of fuel reaches a level that exceeds normal operating costs.

February 12, 2009 DELAWARE Notice/Reminder of Route Changes!
We have changed our service area and collection days for some of our customers due to the economy and an unforseen growth spurt in the Bear/Newark area. You should have received a notice if your service days have been effected or if your service has been terminated. We have tried to contact you, but if you need clarificiation on how your service has been effected, please contact (302) 661-0161.

Beef and Beer Benefit for Employee Ed DePiso
Suburban Waste Services hosted a very successful benefit for driver, Ed DePiso, who was in a motorcycle accident a few months ago and has been out of work since. Thank you to the many mortorcycle clubs, Gold Medal Disposal, Hart and Sons Hauling, and the team members of Suburban Waste Services for their contribution. Also special thanks to our customers who have donated some valuable items for the raffles. It was much appreciated. The benefit was held at the VFW club in Darby, Pennsylvania. There was a DJ, plenty of great food and prizes. Everyone had a great time. We look forward to having Ed back on our team very soon!
