"I’m writing to say how much we appreciate the service we are receiving with the recycling program. We have been using "Suburban Waste Services" for the past few years for our trash disposal and have been very satisfied with their services. In addition, we couldn’t be happier with the great job they are doing with the recycling program. Thank you for finally coming on board in offering more recycling opportunities. In the 5th ward I've noticed that a number of residents aren't taking advantage of the recycling program. Hopefully that will change with time. If those that choose not to recycle continue to hear and learn about the benefits they may begin to see the relevance of what it means to make a difference today because of the impact on our future. Since all residents are required to pay the yearly $68.00 recycling fee, the township may need to do more in the way of education to get those not taking advantage of recycling on board. Maybe they just don't know. A thought: maybe we could have signs around the township, possibly below some major street signs, to the effect of "We’re a Green Town" or something of that nature. As an added note regarding trash services-prior to Suburban Waste Services we had been using Home Waste Service. We found that while Home Waste business was increasing in the area, their prices were also increasing which made us look around for alternatives. We did not consider a local trash collection company that others on our street use because of a prior encounter with their service, of leaving a large trail of paint on the street in front of our home and not taking care of clean-up. Additionally there had been other encounters that would deter me from wanting to give my service to them. I’m thankful that you chose to offer the recycling program and did not interfere with the services of individual residents for trash collection."

“Hi, you guys are the greatest!!! I can not thank you enough. If it were not for you guys I do not know what we would have done. My associate got another waste service that was supposed to put a dumpster at the DCCC flea market on May 7th. They never showed up!!! College Maintenance was very upset, and they had a right to be! Well around 1:30, I saw Lou there and asked him what he could do for us. He asked, "What time do you need me back here?" And, within an hour he was back with a trash truck. Not only did he save the day, the college was very impressed. They had never seen a trash truck show up at a flea market before! And, I bet Christine will NEVER call the other service!!!!!"
